SKYHARBOUR RESOURCES LTD: A URANIUM EXPLORATION POWERHOUSE

UNCOVERING THE POTENTIAL OF THE ATHABASCA URANIUM FRONTIER

Nested deep within the prolific Athabasca Basin of Canada lies Skyharbour Resources Ltd., an advanced-stage exploration and prospect generator company charting a course through uranium's reviving market.

Skyharbour Resources is strategically positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for uranium, boasting an expansive portfolio of 36 projects covering over 614,000 hectares in Canada's prolific Athabasca Basin. The company's diverse assets include advanced-stage exploration projects, such as the high-grade Moore Lake and Russell Lake projects, as well as earlier-stage properties. To maximize value, Skyharbour utilizes a dual-pronged approach: aggressively advancing its flagship projects through drilling and exploration, while also employing a Prospect Generator Model that attracts partner companies to explore and develop its broader portfolio.

The company's extensive project catalogue showcases a diverse range of prospects set within the heart of the world-renowned Athabasca Basin—a region synonymous with high-grade uranium deposits and mining titans.

EMBRACING A PROSPECT GENERATOR MODEL

Beyond concentrating on its esteemed Moore and Russell Lake projects, Skyharbour embraces a robust prospect generator approach. This strategic model enables the company to engineer a nursery for other uranium projects through synergistic partnerships. By inking earn-in option agreements, Skyharbour entrusts secondary projects to emerging partners, thereby incubating exploration ventures without diluting its focus. Companies like Orano Canada Inc., along with Azincourt Energy and Thunderbird Resources, stand as a testament to successful joint ventures. Each entity, through exploration, cash, and share issuances, has advanced projects like Preston, East Preston, and Hook Lake securing majority stakes and propelling Skyharbour's cooperative framework. The Company also has several active earn-in option partners, including CSE-listed Basin Uranium Corp. at the Mann Lake Uranium Project; CSE-listed Medaro Mining Corp. at the Yurchison Project; TSX-V listed North Shore Uranium at the Falcon Project; UraEx Resources at the South Dufferin and Bolt Projects; Hatchet Uranium at the Highway Project and TSX-V listed Terra Clean Energy at the South Falcon East Project which hosts the Fraser Lakes Zone B uranium and thorium deposit. In aggregate, Skyharbour has now signed earn-in option agreements with partners that total over $40 million in partner-funded exploration expenditures, over $30 million worth of shares being issued, and over $22 million in cash payments coming into Skyharbour, assuming that these partner companies complete their entire earn-ins at the respective projects

MOORE LAKE URANIUM: CO-FLAGSHIP PROJECT

The Moore Uranium Project emerges as the company's co-flagship, and for good reason. Sitting mere kilometres from notable industry names such as Denison's Wheeler River project and Cameco's McArthur River uranium mine, Moore is an advanced-stage property near excellent infrastructure with known high-grade mineralization. The Maverick Zone, a focal point at Moore, has tantalizing geology, delivering highlight drill results that underscore the property's richness—6.0% U3O8 over 5.9 metres, including a striking 20.8% U3O8 across 1.5 metres at a relatively shallow depth. Such results amplify the project's status in the exploration community, ensuring Skyharbour's quest is attentively monitored by peers and shareholders alike.

RUSSELL LAKE: CO-FLAGSHIP PROJECT AMASSING A HIGH-GRADE FUTURE

Adjacent to Moore lies the other co-flagship Russell Lake Project, exhibiting parallel potential. Skyharbour has a 51% interest in Russell Lake having formed a joint venture partnership with Rio Tinto at the project, with Skyharbour remaining as the operator in this 73,294-hectare property, nestled strategically in the Eastern Athabasca Basin. Historical drill results suggest that Russell Lake could hold high-grade mineral potential, making it a promising project for extensive exploration. The Company is actively advancing both Russell and Moore Lake through exploration and drill programs.

A VISION FOR MAXIMIZING SHAREHOLDER VALUE

Skyharbour's primary goal is to increase shareholder value and become the next big discovery story in the Athabasca Basin. The Company achieves this through two main strategies: advancing mineral discoveries and building long-term partnerships through its Prospect Generator Model. Operating in politically stable regions, Skyharbour carefully navigates its exploration projects to unlock the potential of its properties. Its vision is clear: to become a key player in a market that offers both discovery potential and supports the shift to sustainable energy. With improving conditions in the uranium market and a global move toward cleaner energy, Skyharbour is well-positioned for growth. Through strategic planning, valuable partnerships, and a diverse portfolio of projects, Skyharbour is on track to deliver both shareholder value and a sustainable energy future.
