Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: RCK | OTCQX: RCKTF | Xetra) is a German–Canadian critical minerals company developing next-generation lithium converters to supply Europe and North America with sustainably and locally-produced battery-grade lithium hydroxide.
The Company’s flagship Guben Converter in Brandenburg, Germany – recognised as a Strategic Project under the EU Critical Raw Materials Act – will transform lithium-bearing ore into battery-grade lithium hydroxide for Europe’s fast-growing battery industry. In Canada, Rock Tech is advancing the Red Rock Converter in Ontario, anchored by a CAD $200 million partnership with the BMI Group and supported by feedstock from the Georgia Lake Mining Project (and newly-acquired Victory Project) less than 60 km to the south.
Rock Tech is led by Chief Executive Officer Mirco Wojnarowicz, supported by CFO Christopher Wright, CL&CO Kerstin Wedemann, and Chairman Dirk Harbecke.
