Osisko Development Corp. is a North American gold development company focused on reviving past-producing mining camps in tier-one jurisdictions. Its flagship is the 100%-owned, fully-permitted, feasibility-stage Cariboo Gold Project in the historic Wells-Barkerville camp of central British Columbia, hosting gold reserves of about 2.07 million ounces (17.8 Mt at 3.62 g/t) across a 192,000-hectare land package. The Company is also advancing the Tintic Project in Utah's East Tintic district - which includes the high-grade Trixie gold deposit - and holds the San Antonio gold project in Sonora, Mexico. Osisko Development is led by Chair & CEO Sean Roosen and a team with a track record of building tier-one assets including Canadian Malartic, one of Canada's largest gold mines. In June 2026 shareholders approved a change of name to Osisko Gold Group Inc., with the Company anticipating new ticker symbol OGG on the TSXV and NYSE.
