Nine Mile Metals (CSE: NINE | OTCQB: VMSXF | FSE: KQ9) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on high-grade volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) copper–lead–zinc–silver–gold deposits in the world-famous Bathurst Mining Camp of New Brunswick.
The company holds four VMS projects in the camp: its flagship Nine Mile Brook (about 10 km southwest of the supergiant Brunswick No. 12 mine), The Wedge (a past-producing Cominco copper VMS mine), California Lake and Canoe Landing Lake. Grab samples at Nine Mile Brook have assayed up to 14% Cu, 38% combined Pb–Zn, 1,216 g/t Ag and 3.7 g/t Au — among the highest grades recorded in the camp.
