Magna Mining Inc. is a copper and nickel producer headquartered in Sudbury, Ontario, in North America's premier base-metals district. In February 2025 Magna acquired a portfolio of Sudbury Basin assets from KGHM International, including the producing McCreedy West copper mine and four permitted, past-producing projects - Levack, Crean Hill, Podolsky and Shakespeare - alongside a pipeline of exploration properties. The Company graduated from the TSX Venture Exchange to the Toronto Stock Exchange in June 2026 (symbol NICU) and in July 2026 announced a C$140 million strategic investment by Alpayana to accelerate its growth. Magna is led by co-founder, CEO and director Jason Jessup, a 20-year Sudbury mining veteran.
