Kenorland Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: KLD | OTCQX: KLDCF | FSE: 3WQ0) is a Vancouver-based generative exploration company – a “project generator” – that systematically explores grassroots ground across Canada and Alaska and vends discoveries into earn-in and joint-venture agreements with major partners, retaining royalties and equity while partners fund the drilling.

Its signature success is the Frotet Project in Quebec, where Kenorland made the Regnault gold discovery. In January 2024 the company converted its 20% joint-venture interest into a 4% NSR royalty; operator Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada announced a maiden inferred resource in December 2025 of 14.5 Mt at 5.47 g/t Au for 2.55 million ounces of gold (plus 2.41 Moz silver). The portfolio also includes the 100%-owned Tanacross porphyry copper-gold project in eastern Alaska (46,173 ha), the South Uchi project in Ontario’s Red Lake district – where partner Auranova Resources announced a large intrusion-related gold discovery at North Papa in June 2026 – and Western Wabigoon, optioned to Centerra Gold.
