GLOBAL ATOMIC: A DYNAMIC FUSION OF URANIUM DEVELOPMENT AND ZINC PRODUCTION

PROLIFIC URANIUM POTENTIAL AT THE DASA DEPOSIT

Global Atomic Corporation is poised to make a significant mark on the uranium sector with the development of the Dasa deposit located in the Republic of Niger. Set to commence uranium production by the end of 2024, the Tier 1 Dasa deposit is a sandstone-hosted phenomenon first unearthed by the company's geologists in 2010. Noted as the most substantial high-grade uranium find in Africa since the 1970s, Global Atomic owns an 80% stake in the venture. This endeavour is slated to supply yellowcake uranium to utilities beginning in 2025, following the initiation of mining operations. In 2017, Global Atomic's strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Orano Mining S.A., potentially paves the way for Dasa's uranium ore to be processed at existing facilities near Arlit, 135 kilometers to the north. Beneficially, this could provide early revenue streams from development ore even before Global Atomic's own processing plant is operational. With both mining permit and Environmental Compliance Certificate secured from the Government of Niger between December 2020 and January 2021, the Dasa project is full-steam ahead.

ZINC CONCENTRATE PRODUCTION: A CASH-FLOW ENDEAVOUR

Beyond uranium, Global Atomic diversifies its portfolio with a lucrative 49% interest in the BST steel dust recycling operation in Turkey. In conjunction with Befesa S.A., this joint venture capitalizes on the extraction of zinc from Electric Arc Furnace Dust to produce high-grade zinc oxide concentrate. The Iskenderun-based facility, under the leadership of Befesa, holds a 51% majority. Befesa's reputation as a market leader in Electric Arc Furnace Dust recycling only underscores the value locked within this strategic partnership, a significant asset that also minimizes the necessity for capital-raising through equity dilution.

DAZZLING OUTLOOK FOR DASA

The Dasa Feasibility Study delineates an optimized first phase for mining, harnessing economic potential over 12 years from an approximately 20% segment of the known deposit. Completion of 16,000 meters of drilling to elevate resource categorization within this phase enriches project economics significantly. In the broader scope, this meticulous preparation extends beyond Phase 1, contributing to a coherent body of Measured and Indicated Resources, and priming economic evaluations to span the entirety of the Dasa project. The Box Cut for ramp access, crafted in 2022, and current underground developments, lay the groundwork for an imminent surge in uranium production. With an on-site workforce, infrastructure, and ongoing project financing for the processing plant, Global Atomic is forging an undeniable path to market prominence.
