Americore Resources Corp. (TSXV: AMCO | OTC: AMCOF) is a mineral exploration company advancing the Trinity Silver Project, a district-scale, past-producing silver property in Pershing County, Nevada – the same county as Coeur Mining’s Rochester mine.
Trinity covers roughly 22,700 acres and hosts a historical inferred resource of 36.1 million ounces of silver equivalent (SRK, 2012), split between a near-surface oxide silver zone and a deeper silver–lead–zinc sulphide zone, plus a stockpile of 782,769 ounces of silver left on surface in 1989. U.S. Borax mined roughly one million tons here between 1987 and 1989, recovering about five million ounces of silver by heap leach before low silver prices halted operations. Newmont completed reclamation in 2010 and Nevada released the bond, leaving no legacy environmental liabilities.
Phase 1 data compilation across a 353-hole drill database, AI-assisted geological analysis and airborne and hyperspectral surveys is complete, with Phase 2 resource-expansion drilling being permitted and updated NI 43-101 work underway following an SRK site review.
